100 Years, 100 Faces mural is great, and the audio-visuals and lighting at the launch night (Sat 13th Sept) were excellent...but the lack of warning of the loud fireworks and the concerns of local residents and businesses (and those invitees with tinnitus and other auditory conditions) are very concerning; was due diligence done for firework permissions in such a built up area, and for prior announcements, and what is the response of local Fire services?
