New Posting Schedule
Regular Feature Articles on Wednesdays
Hey Knotters,
We want to continue to make The Knot better. From January, for the next three months, we are bringing you weekly features on top of Good News (Monday) and What’s On (Tuesday).
For the next three months, we will be sharing additional feature articles sent to you on Wednesdays. Out of the month, two out of four of these feature articles will be for paid subscribers only and if you want to read them, you’ll need to become a paid subscriber.
We have long wanted to send you consistent feature articles on politics, restaurant reviews, and investigative pieces but have only done so ad-hoc. After the success of writing such as: Derelict Buildings, Reclaiming Hanley and March of Reform. We are committing to this posting schedule for 3 months.
To make this additional writing sustainable, two features per month will be behind the pay wall. This will provide an incentive for more of you to become paid subscribers and support our work.
By becoming a paid subscriber you will be:
Supporting our mission to share good news in Stoke and Staffordshire
Funding writing and journalism in this region
Receiving 2 x additional features on politics, reviews and more
To those of you who are supporting us so far, thank you and I hope you enjoy this additional writing in return for your commitment to us.
To all Knotters, if you’re in a position to support our work, please consider it. Every single penny goes into our writing and from now on, you’ll receive additional feature articles in return.
With more paid subscribers, we can do a lot more. We can be more proactive in our writing on politics and we can do deeper dives with more investigative pieces (on dodgy landlords of heritage buildings for example).
If you are enjoying our writing, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. It’s the only way we can guarantee that The Knot stays in existence and becomes sustainable.
We hope you enjoy our additional writing over the next three months.
In the meantime, have a great Christmas and keep reading The Knot for festive good news and Christmas and NYE events across Stoke and Staffordshire!
James and Helen x
