There are still tickets left for Word of Mouth, where you can dance beneath the stars as live artists and performers deliver the very best in house anthems and club classics remixes for a sweet night of nostalgia. 🛍️ Shop Local This Summer. 27/06, 10am-3pm, Bolton Gate Arts. Rock up to this Summer Market at beautiful Bolton Gate Arts to support local artisan businesses, where you can browse stalls selling jewellery, home decor, beauty products, sweet treats, artwork, and more. Admission free.
🎭 Big Laughs with Out of Order. 10/06-13/06, 7.30pm, Crown Wharf Theatre. Performed by Stone Revellers, this Olivier Award-winning play follows a chaotic evening in a Westminster hotel, where Tory Junior Minister Richard Willey attempts to meet one of the Opposition’s secretaries only for events to spiral out of control when they discover a body trapped in a sash window. The situation quickly unravels, with interruptions from hotel staff, spouses, and a disgruntled nurse adding to the confusion. Tickets £16; £14 concessions.






🐷 See Peppa Pig on Stage. 07/08, 4pm; 08/08 10am & 1pm, Regent Theatre. If you’ve got preschoolers, they’ll love seeing TV fave Peppa Pig and her family getting ready for the arrival of baby Evie in this live stage show described as a warm, playful intro to theatre for younger audiences. 🚲 Free Bike Repair Sessions. 13/06, 10am-3pm, Hanley Upper Market Square. Did you know it’s Bike Week? If you fancy a free safety check and maybe some minor adjustments to keep your wheels roadworthy, cycle along to this free session from Dr Bike. No booking is required; just turn up.
🌈 Pride in the Moorlands. 26/06-28/06; live performances across Flash, Cheadle, Tean, Biddulph, Endon, and Leek. Watch out for a roller disco, Pride Parade, exhibition, workshops, and live performances. Highlights include RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Ginny Lemon, who will join Big Fatt Dance Party to host Enyacise in Leek on 28/06, and dance and live Dhol drumming from Punjabi Roots.
